Orthopedics Specialist Prof. Dr. Murat Demirel was born in 1974 in Ankara. He completed his primary education at Ankara Kavaklıdere Primary School and his secondary and high school education at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School. In 1998, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and, in the same year, started his residency in 1st Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital. He completed his specialization in orthopedics and traumatology in 2004 and earned the title of specialist.
After his specialization training, Prof. Dr. Murat Demirel focused on the surgical and conservative treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Keeping up with the latest scientific developments in orthopedics, he has incorporated numerous innovative treatment methods into his practice. Continuing his Ph.D. studies at the Ankara University Institute of Health Sciences, he has made significant academic contributions to orthopedic surgery in Turkey.
Prof. Dr. Murat Demirel is specialized in advanced surgical procedures related to the shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle joints. He is particularly experienced in shoulder arthroscopy, knee prosthesis, robotic surgery, stem cell therapy, and PRP applications, offering his patients personalized, functional, and comfort-oriented treatment approaches.
Prof. Dr. Murat Demirel provides services in the field of orthopedics and traumatology at his own private clinic located in Ankara. In his clinic, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal system disorders are carried out with advanced imaging systems, modern treatment infrastructure, and a multidisciplinary approach.
